Eligibility for Returns

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a full refund (excluding shipping costs) will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned.
Shipping Costs
